Gowlland Tod Provincial Park occupies the high ridge overlooking Finlayson Arm of Saanich Inlet. The park, established in 1995, protects some much needed hiking trails for the residents of the Highlands, Langford and beyond. Jocelyn Hill at 434 meters, is the highest point in the park. But how did it gets its name?
